A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 5-11 in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Stephanie Susetka, as trustee, sold 6 San Gabriel Lane to Michael and Denise Schubiger, of Celebration, for $1,425,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, a pool, a hot tub and 3,690 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $880,000.
