Armand Beach Estates house sells for $1.3 million, leading Flagler sales list

A house in Armand Beach Estates was the top real estate transaction from Aug. 31 to Sept. 6 in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Robert and Bettina Crenshaw, as trustees, sold 3 Cottonwood Trail to Beverley Rolean Rogoff and Colin Henry Rogoff, of Dunwoody, Georgia, for $1.3 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 4/3 and has an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a fireplace and 3,399 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $650,000.

Condos

Jean Smith, of Palm Coast, sold 100 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 105, to James Brandon Crosbee, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $160,000.
