A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 24-30 in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Gary Ackerman and Jessica Cohn, of Palm Beach Gardens, and Ronald Ackerman and Barbara Ackerman, of Wellington, sold 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 406, to Celebrations Property Holdings, LLC, of Kissimmee, for $1.8 million. Built in 2006, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has a semi-private elevator and 3,070 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,329,800.
