MHK of Volusia County, Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 3 Marden Drive to Tracy Ledbetter Mead and Sherri Buda, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, for $970,500. Built in 2022, the townhouse is a 2/3.5 and has an elevator and 2,167 square feet.
