A house in Verona Oceanside was the top real estate transaction for Nov. 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. MHK of Volusia County, INC., of Daytona beach, sold 1 Marden Drive to Sheree Lee Shorey, of Ormond beach, for $950,800. Built in 2022, the townhome is a 2/2 and has 2 half baths, a private elevator and 2,067 square feet.

Condos

Erin Cummings and Bernard Zapotowski, of Binghamton, New York, sold Debra and Dale Growley, of North Royalton, Ohio, for $325,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $109,000.
