A house on four acres on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate transaction for Nov. 5-11 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Jeffrey and Sharon Doliner, of Winter Park, sold 211 John Anderson Drive to Gregory James Velat, of Ormond Beach, for $2,700,000. Built in 1917, the house is a 7/7 and has two half baths, a pool, a fireplace, a separate two-bedroom apartment, and 8,274 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $1,200,000.
