A house in Hunters Ridge was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Yvonne and Kenneth Magil, of Ormond Beach, sold 52 Cambridge Trace to Susan and Glenn Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3 and has a pool and 2,652 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $334,000.

Condos

James Cairns, as trustee, sold 395 South Atlantic Ave., Unit 406, to Thomas Gorman, as trustee, for $525,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $258,000.
