A house on John Anderson was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Timothy and Lisa Phillips, of Ormond Beach, sold 66 John Anderson Drive to Aaron Becker, of Ormond Beach, for $3,858,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 5/6.5 and has a fireplace, a pool, a hot tub, a dock, a boathouse, a theater room, an outdoor kitchen and 7,046 square feet.

Condos

Frank Gallucci and Teresa Vignau, as trustees, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2070, to Eric and Carol Bonilla, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1990, the condo is a 2/2 and has 900 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $148,000.
