House in Plantation Bay tops sales list in Ormond Beach

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 3-9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michael and Robin Alessi, of Murphy, North Carolina, sold 1309 Sunningdale Lane to George and Wendy Bigelow, of Ormond Beach, for $680,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has a pool, a fireplace and 2,151 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $238,000.

Condos

Lisa Giacchetto, as trustee, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to David Tremonti and Mary Jane Tremonti, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, for $325,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,225 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $170,000.
