A house in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate transaction for Dec. 10-16 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc., of Maitland, sold 1369 Arklow Circle to David Adey and Deborah Parsons, of Ormond Beach, for $764,000. Built in 2023, the house is a 5/4.5 and has 3,312 square feet.
