A house on the Tomoka River was the top real estate transaction for Dec. 3-9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. James Olsen, of Ormond Beach, sold 427 Pine Bluff Trail to Audrey Bruner and Tracey Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $2,750,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 5/4 and has 4 half baths, a pool, a hot tub, a fireplace, a guest house, a dock, a boathouse, a carport and 8,180 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $1,800,000.

Condos

Robert Banker and Susan Mary Banker, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 104, to Donald Felton Tyler, Jr. and Cecilia Tyler, of Ormond Beach, for $224,900. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $165,000.
