An oceanfront house was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. James Cairns, as trustee, sold 403 S. Atlantic Ave. to Brian Jonathan Elliott and Jennifer Lee Elliott, of Ormond Beach, for $1,275,000. Built in 1946, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,360 square feet.

Condos

Ralph Lampman and Sally Story, as trustees, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 240, to Mojo Property Investments, LLC, of Clermont, for $395,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $349,000.
